01Who we are

• Delivery details — your shipping address and city.
• Order details — the products you buy, your skin-type preferences (if you share them), order amounts and order history.
• Payment confirmation — a transaction ID or reference from our payment partner. We never see or store your wallet MPIN or OTP.
• Messages — anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact form.
• Website usage — device type, browser, pages visited and IP address, collected through cookies.

03How we use your information

• To process, pack and deliver your orders.
• To send order confirmations, delivery updates and receipts.
• To answer your questions and handle returns and exchanges.
• To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.

04Online payments

You can pay with JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Your payment details are entered on and handled by our payment partner using encrypted, industry-standard security. LuxeConcepts only receives a confirmation that your payment was successful, along with a transaction reference.

• Service providers — website hosting, email and messaging services that help us run our store, under confidentiality.
• Legal requirements — when required by law or a lawful request from authorities in Pakistan.

06Cookies

Cookies are small files saved on your device. We use them to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, keep the website secure and understand how visitors use our site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features — such as your cart and checkout — may not work properly without them.

07Keeping your data safe

Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only the people who need your information to process your order can access it. No online system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

08How long we keep your information

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle returns within our 30-day return period, and meet accounting and legal requirements. Messages and marketing preferences are kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe.
